Online meditation - drop-in session


As COVID-19 changes all our lives, we’re in a unique time. We’re all isolated, but we’re also sharing the same experience. We want to share mindfulness practices as widely as possible by offering practices online. We want to develop offers during this crisis with more sessions throughout the day, including mindful movement and sessions for parents and children. Sessions include guided meditation, followed by a period of interaction, giving people the opportunity to check in and speak if they wish.

What do I need to know?
